From the Minecraft menu, choose [Multiplayer].
Choose [Add Server].
Enter any [Server Name] you want.
Enter points-diseases.gl.joinmc.link for the [Server Address].
Choose to Enable the [Server Resource Packs].
Choose [Done].
You should now be able to see the server and select it.
Choose [Join Server] and you're done!

From the Minecraft menu, choose [Play].
Select the [Servers] tab.
Choose [+Add server].
Enter any [Server name] you want.
Enter executive-dam.gl.at.ply.gg for the [Server address].
Enter 3897 for the [Port].
Choose [Add server].
You should now be able to see the server and select it.
Choose [PLAY] and you're done!
